10. Policy Changes
• COEngine reserves the right to amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
• The updated policy will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
9. International Clients
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rates and bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
8. Account Termination by COEngine
• If COEngine terminates your account for violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
• If COEngine terminates your account for reasons unrelated to misconduct (e.g., service discontinuation), a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
• Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated with your bank or payment provider is considered a breach of our Terms.
• COEngine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in chargebacks.
• Customers remain responsible for all outstanding balances, including any fees incurred due to disputes.
6. Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
1. Duplicate Billing/Error – If you were mistakenly charged twice for the same service.
2. Technical Failure – If a verified system-wide technical issue prevents you from accessing COEngine services for more than 72 consecutive hours and cannot be resolved.
3. Legal Requirement – If required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Cancellation Process
• Cancellations must be submitted through your online account dashboard or by contacting support@coengine.com.
• Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before the renewal date may still result in charges for the upcoming cycle.
4. Free Trials & Promotional Offers
• Any trial periods or promotional discounts are provided on a one-time basis per customer and are non-refundable.
• If you upgrade or switch from a trial to a paid plan, standard refund rules apply.
3. Setup Fees
• The Setup Fee ($399) is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it covers initial onboarding, customization, and resource allocation.
2. Subscriptions
• Annual Plans: Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable once payment is processed. If canceled, access will continue until the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
• Monthly Plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Canceling will stop future billing, but no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
• Team Add-ons: Add-on seats are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Cancellations apply to the following billing cycle.

• All purchases of COEngine subscriptions, services, and add-ons are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
• COEngine reserves the right to update, modify, or refuse refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
