6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of misuse or a violation of this Policy, please report it immediately to info@coengine.ai

5. No Liability

• CoEngine shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your misuse of the Services. • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoEngine, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses resulting from your violation of this Policy.

4. Suspension & Termination

• CoEngine may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services for any violation of this Policy, without refund or liability. • CoEngine reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for damages resulting from misuse of the Services

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. • You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with unauthorized parties. • You are responsible for ensuring that any data, content, or materials uploaded to the Services comply with this Policy and all applicable laws.

1. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate activities, including but not limited to: • Illegal Activities: Using the Services to violate any applicable local, provincial, state, federal, or international laws or regulations. • Fraud & Misrepresentation: Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices, including false identity creation or misrepresentation of affiliation. • Spam & Unsolicited Content: Sending bulk, unsolicited communications (spam), promotional messages, phishing attempts, or malware. • Security Violations: Attempting to breach, disable, or compromise the security or integrity of the Services, including hacking, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or distribution of viruses or malicious code. • Intellectual Property Infringement: Using the Services to upload, distribute, or create content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of CoEngine or any third party. • Malicious or Harmful Content: Transmitting or storing material that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable. • AI Misuse: Using AI-powered features in ways that are abusive, harmful, exploitative, discriminatory, or deceptive, including generating unlawful, violent, or misleading content. • Unauthorized Reselling or Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Services without express written permission from CoEngine. • Resource Misuse: Excessive use of bandwidth, storage, or computing resources in a way that disrupts other clients’ access to the Services.

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Effective Date: 01 Sep 025 Update Date: 08 Sep 2025 This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of CoEngine’s services, software, platform, website, and related tools (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. CoEngine reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
